End-of-lease questions

Please return the goods in the same condition as when you received them (subject to fair wear and tear) with their manuals and accessories to any of our warehouse partners. Label your package with: Attention: Lisa Returns Your agreement number Your full name:
Just call the team at Lisa on 1800 225 472 to talk about your needs and which options suit you best.
There are 2 end of term options available to you:
1. Offer to Purchase: If you are not interested in upgrading to new goods, but would like to own the leased goods, you can make us an offer to purchase them. You can offer any price (inc. GST) but we have the right to accept or reject your offer.
2. Return: You can return the goods if you no longer want them. Goods can be returned to any of our warehouse locations listed in the table below. Goods must be returned in good working order, together with all accessories and manuals at your own expense.
You will need to discuss your end-of-lease options with us at least 3 months before your agreement finishes.
At this point you’ll need to think about what you would like to do with your leased goods:
– Return the goods and end your agreement
– Offer to purchase

Certainly. You can choose which day of the month you want to have your lease payments debited from your nominated bank or credit card account. If you want to take the goods home with you straight away and want to select a future payment date, we’ll just pro-rata the payment between the date of delivery and your chosen payment date – meaning an ‘interim payment’ will be charged to you before the monthly billing cycle begins.
Your monthly lease payments will be debited from your preferred bank or credit card account. However, if you choose to pay by credit card a small administration fee will apply for each transaction.

Accidental loss, accidental damage or theft

Loaner goods are meant to be a short-term solution only. If you return the loaner goods soon after we repair or replace your leased goods, you won’t be charged anything. If you do not return the loaner goods within 60 days, a fee of up to $110 per month may be charged. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

No. Not for reporting the accidental loss, accidental damage or theft to us. However, if you would like Lisa to process the event, and a repair or replacement is required, a fee of $110 will apply.
If stolen, contact the police within 48 hours of the incident.

If you’re waiting for repairs or a replacement of a laptop, smartphone, tablet or digital camera, yes, you usually are eligible.
2 Loaner goods will be of the same or similar model as your leased goods and they’ll be available for you to use until your damaged goods are replaced or returned.
If you live in a metro area, the loaner goods should reach you within 2 business days – as long as your request is made during business hours and stock is available.
